Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy
All returns at Bogey Sport Shopping is provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the seller general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy is as below. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
- Returns and replacement are applicable only for few products which will be specifies on product page whether return is available or not for particular product, however after 07 days no return will be entertained by sellers. Returns and exchange shall be governed by the terms of invoice and sale as per Seller policies.
- Sellers shall be solely responsible for any warrantee/guarantee of the products or services provided to the Buyers and in no event, it shall be the responsibility of Bogey Sport shopping.
- All Cancellations and Refunds of orders are sole responsibility of sellers.
- You understand that liability of Bogey Sport ends once order of the customer has been communicated to you through email.
- If you haven’t used the product and you’re sending it properly in the original packing, then seller would accept the return only for applicable products where return is mentioned in the product page within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns and replacement are applicable only for few products after 07 days no return will be entertained by sellers. Returns and exchange shall be governed by the terms of invoice and sale as per Seller policies.
- If product is not used and customer wished to return then in that condition Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the products back to seller. Seller will refund the order amount only after the quality check of the product received at their warehouse.
- For mobiles and smart watches and wearables only Replacement allowed for all functionality related issues, do contact the brand authorized service centre directly.
- For Heavy equipment (like Treadmill, Home Gym, Bike etc) - We only sell 100% original products directly from the manufacturer / authorized distributor after proper quality checks. All products are covered under warranty from the manufacturer as per the manufacturer policy. Heavy products may witness some issues during shipping. In case of any issues – Technical, physical etc, please inform our customer care executive and send the pictures. Our customer care executive would examine the issues and communicate with the manufacturer immediately. Your issues would be addressed in any of the following ways: For any technical issues, you would be guided to get the issues rectified online. Any physical abuse on any parts those can be changed, Replacement parts would be sent immediately. Any parts which may not be properly trackable, New parts would be sent by the manufacturer. Heavy products are not liable for standard Return Policy since there are issues related to taxes and cross border movements of products through surface courier and every endeavor would be made to get the product fixed at the customer’s location.
- No Returns categories - Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.
- Returns Pick-Up and Processing In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Correct Product - IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product - All in-the-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
- Unused Product - The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ watches, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled.
- Undamaged Product - The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging - Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
